RFR: [8u] 8229767: Typo in java.security: Sasl.createClient and Sasl.createServer

This is a simple comment correction to follow JDK-8200400 which has now
been pushed to 8u. The change remains the same as in OpenJDK 11, but
needs to be duplicated across multiple files, due to the use of
java.security in OpenJDK 11, but java.security-${OS} in OpenJDK 8u.
