I'm happy with the main body of this patch, and thanks for extending the
license changes to all those THIRD_PARTY_README files.

However, I am concerned about the change from
test/jdk/java/awt/Window/ShapedAndTranslucentWindows/Common.java getting
lost here. I don't know why it's attached to this change in the first
place, but we should backport "JDK-8041915: Move 8 awt tests to OpenJDK
regression tests tree" first, so we don't lose this. I'll take a look at
the viability of this.
