This is actually causing a compilation failure in Windows:

-// JVMCI: OrderedPair is moved up to deal with compilation issues on Windows
-//------------------------------OrderedPair---------------------------
-// Ordered pair of Node*.

I should have trusted the comment... and I'm also clueless on why
windows needs this to be there but well... I'll need to revert this
one change.
