Hi Mario,
In JDK11, we can use 'make build-test-jdk-jtreg-native' to generate the native libs used by tests, but the make system of JDK8 doesn't have this ability.
I think we can write a shell to wrapper all test action for TestNative.java like other similar test cases, such as JAWT.sh. And I can prepare the fix patch if you think it's an appropriate way.

To clarify, this fails for me in every version of the JDK, not just 8u+JFR.
