8u FROZEN for 8u242 Release

As mentioned earlier this week [0], the 8u tree is now frozen so we can
prepare the 8u242 release.

I'll handle the inclusion of the following bugs:

* JDK-8235850
* JDK-8233223
* JDK-8232019
* JDK-8227715

into 8u before testing, tagging and pushing b06.

The next changes to 8u will then be the security changes following the
unembargo on 2020-01-14.
