[8u] [JFR] RFR: JFR backports from 11.0.4

Hi,

What is the status for these? Are we having them in 8u-jfr-incubator, or? I do not see the pushes
here: http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8u/jdk8u-jfr-incubator/hotspot, for example for 8215727.
