This is part of "8191522: Remove Bigelow&Holmes Lucida fonts from JDK
sources" [0] [1], which seems worth backporting, given it would remove a
lot of cruft from the OpenJDK 8 codebase that is not applicable to
OpenJDK, having never had the Lucida fonts.
