[8u] RFR 8133318: Exclude intermittent failing PKCS11 tests on Solaris SPARC 11.1 and earlier

Hi,

I'd like to request a review for the 8u backport of "8133318: Exclude
intermittent failing PKCS11 tests on Solaris SPARC 11.1 and earlier" [1].

Changes compared to baseline patch:

 * Paths

 * 8078334 is not in 8u, so there is no "@key randomness" in
test/sun/security/pkcs11/Signature/ReinitSignature.java file.
  * 8078334 is quite a large patch that affects many test files and does
not apply cleanly.
  * Decided to manually apply the 8133318 change, as done in [2], and
postpone the backport of 8078334.

The backport of 8133318 is a requested dependency for 8165996 [3].
