Pull Jan 2020 CPU: jdk8u/jdk8u -> jdk8u/jdk8u-dev

Hi maintainers,

Please pull jdk8u/jdk8u -> jdk8u/jdk8u-dev, which should bring the recent CPU fixes.

Specifically, I am looking for this change to be in 8u-dev:
  https://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8u/jdk8u/jdk/rev/5ef236679ae9

...because there is a follow-up bug reported related to it, and it requires further 8u backport:
  https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8237368
