RFR: [8u] JDK-8250546,,Expect changed behaviour reported in JDK-8249846

Further to the fix for JDK-8249677, and the test added for that issue
and JDK-8249846, this patch updates the test to expect the current 8u262
behaviour of ForkJoinPool threads and not that in 8u252 and prior.

If/when such a time comes that 8249846 is resolved, that fix should
change the test again to reflect the new behaviour.
