Hi,

Step 4 (8245471) is needed because a change from 8148188 was introduced
when importing the file sun/security/ssl/Finished.java from 11.0.7. Most
of 8148188 changes are out of sun/security/ssl so its backport will be
handled separately from TLS 1.3 backport.

 * No changes from 8148188 out of sun/security/ssl other than Finished.java
  * Ok

 * Finished.java changes reverted
  * Ok

Note: comment here [1] is part of this review.

With that said, Step 4 (8245471) v1 looks good to me. Please hold on the
push until all changes in this series are review-approved and
maintainer-approved.
