SunPKCS11 connection lost after Decrypt doFinal

Hello,

We did notice that, from JDK_8 232, the PKCS11 connection to a network HSM is closed after a decrypt() doFinal when no padding is used.
An issue had been created last December and it has been fixed since then.

Unfortunately, this fix cannot be found in latest JDK 8 releases.

What is the process to promote or to ask for the promotion of a particular fix into the JDK 8 roadmap ?

Note: The JDK-8235215 fix has been added to the JDK 15 release and we did successfully test it.
