OperatingSystemMXBean backport to OpenJDK 8u261

Hi all,

I was looking at the "OperatingSystemMXBean should be made container aware"
issue here [1] and noticed that the patch was listed to be backported to
openjdk 8u261 [2] However, I can't seem to find the commit or patch in the
OpenJDK 8 source [3] [4]

   - Was the OperatingSystemMXBean patch [1] backported to OpenJDK 8?
   - Is 8u261 a real version? I can't seem to find the release in the
   OpenJDK source tags
