I hereby nominate Yangfei (Felix/fyang) [0] to OpenJDK 8 Updates Committer.

While Felix has only a relatively small number of backports to OpenJDK
8u so far [1], he is already a committer for OpenJDK 9 and up, as well
as the AArch64 & Metropolis projects. Thus, his lack of committer status
on OpenJDK 8 Updates seems more a simple case of when he started
contributing to OpenJDK - as the same status is conferred on to new JDK
releases, but not retrospectively to older ones - than a lack of
    sufficient technical qualification.

Votes are due by 21h00 UTC on the 20th of March, 2020.

Only current OpenJDK 8 Updates Committers (and above) [2] are eligible
    to vote on this nomination.

Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing list.
