Patch looks good to me. It's identical to what I just came up with for
Fedora, with just the differing signature of the oops_do method in 8u:

Could we make this a jdk8u-critical-request and push to jdk8u/jdk8u?
Then this can make the CPU.

I'd also suggest jdk11u-critical-request for 11u for consistency.
