[8u] RFR (XS) 8178910: Problemlist sample tests

Unfortunately, if you apply the patch to 8u, it would fuzz the change into wrong fuke section. Added
it properly to jdk_other section. Plus, it follows the new format for problem list items. The rest
of the file gets updated later in 9 with JDK-8151763 "Use more informative format for problem list".
