CFV: New JDK 8 Updates Committer: Thomas Stuefe

Hi,


I hereby nominate Thomas Stuefe (stuefe) [0] to become a JDK 8 Updates Project Committer [1].

Thomas is a long term member of SAP's JDK team and a well-known contributor and reviewer in the OpenJDK project. As his main activities in OpenJDK started only after the OpenJDK 8 Updates project was founded, he isn't a committer there. I think that should be fixed.

In JDK mainline Thomas has accumulated nearly 200 commits [2], a few of them went into jdk8u as well [3][4].
