[FREEZE] 8u252 NOW FROZEN

The release forest:

https://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8u/jdk8u (and friends)

is now frozen in preparation for release on 2020-04-14.

I have just pushed the final release tag, jdk8u252-b08.

The final release tag will be no lower than jdk8u252-b09.
