CFV: New OpenJDK 8 Updates Committer: Alex Kashchenko

I hereby nominate Alex Kashchenko (akasko) [0] to OpenJDK 8 Updates
Committer.

Alex is doing active backporting work for 8u [1], particularly with
regard to Windows support. Making him a committer would aid this
backporting work by avoiding the need for someone else to push his fixes.

Votes are due by 19h00 UTC on Wednesday, the 10th of June, 2020.

Only current OpenJDK 8 Updates Committers (and above) [2] are eligible
to vote on this nomination.
