Please note that the concept of "Oracle parity" makes no sense in the
conext of test-only changes: Oracle parity refers only to behavioural parity,
and obviously test-only fixes have no behavioural effect.

Of course, test enhancements may well be worth having anyway, especially
if they test a behavioural patch that's being bak-ported.
