The reason it was considered critical for 11.0.7 was to match Oracle
JDK 11.0.7.

For JDK 8 we've slipped since 8u251. I'm not sure it should be critical
now. Either way there is still time for regular 8u282 (Rampdown starts
Friday, November 27th).
