Thanks for the review.

Yeah, I saw that we'd already jumped to 2020d in barely a week :) Our
updates for Fedora were expecting the system tzdata 2020b update to be
out first, but it got dropped when 2020d appeared.

Do you know if there are patches in HEAD for those yet? I haven't had
chance to check so far. I did this for 2020b during the CPU, and we
included it with our updates, but it was a bit late in the day to push
it to everyone upstream, as others had already built binaries.
