[FREEZE] 8u272 NOW FROZEN

The release forest:

https://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8u/jdk8u (and friends)

is now frozen in preparation for release on 2020-10-20.

As there were no further critical fixes this week, there
will be no new build promotion and jdk8u272-b08 will be
the final pre-release build.

The final release tag will be no lower than jdk8u272-b09.
