Patch applies to 8u almost cleanly, only the changes to
test/sun/net/www/protocol/https/HttpsURLConnection/B6216082.java are
omitted (because this test has different history in 8u and
corresponding change is already there). Testing: checked that changed
tests pass cleanly on macOS.
