[jdk8u-dev] Request for approval : 7188942: Remove support of pbuffers in OGL Java2d pipeline

Hello
it’s macosx only
on macos, when one builds openjdk8 with xcode9 or newer, this test will not pass: jdk/test/sun/java2d/pipe/hw/RSLAPITest.java
With this patch, the test passes.
test/java/awt/image/VolatileImage/BitmaskVolatileImage.java also passes with fix included ( included with this patch).
