Hello,

I'd like to backport the patch from jdk9 for 8080287 to jdk8u:

8080287 is a closed bug, but the patch is open. It applies cleanly to 8u
and introduces a new test. The test fails on 8u before the patch and
passes afterwards.

8080287 is effectively a dependency for JDK-8177393, which applies
cleanly after 8177393, is in Oracle 8u291, and similarly introduces
a new test that fails before the patch and passes after.
