[IMPORTANT] 8u now OPEN for critical fixes, 8u-dev remains CLOSED

8u302-b05 has now been pushed to the 8u tree, so it is open
for critical 8u302 fixes with jdk8u-critical-yes.

I'm still waiting on a response from Oracle to switch 8u-dev
to openjdk8u312.  I will ping them tomorrow if there is
no response by then. As such, the repository remains closed
for now.
