[FREEZE] 8u302 NOW FROZEN

The release forest:

https://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8u/jdk8u (and friends)

is now frozen in preparation for release on 2021-07-20.

I will push the final pre-release tag, jdk8u302-b07, once testing completes.

The final release tag will be no lower than jdk8u302-b08.
