jdk8u-dev MacOS 10.15+ build environment?

To build openjdk8 on macos currently you would need:
macos 10.9 + xcode 4.6.x + 10.9 macos.sdk from xcode5/6.
Copy 10.9 sdk to xcode 4.6.x then use it to build openjdk8.
It still may have caveats as the upstream is not tested against macos.
