[8u] RFR 8236179: C1 register allocation error with T_ADDRESS

Hi,

  That looks good to me (Not a reviewer). 
  Since this is affecting our normal usage/deployment, I think it may be a candidate for inclusion in 8u292 during rampdown. 
  I will let 8u maintainers to decide.
