[8u] RFR: 8172188 JDI tests fail due to "permission denied" when creating temp file

Hi all,

I would like to backport 8172188 patch to 8u. But I don't have a JBS account.
Could anybody help me as a sponsor of this backporting ?

Original patch applied almost clean except for copyright year.
I have confirmed that the test after backporting passes with 8u.
