[8u] RFR: 8206243: java -XshowSettings fails if memory.limit_in_bytes overflows LONG.max

Hi!

I’d would like to backport small fix [1]  that solves the issue [2]  with jtreg startup on kernels  with Unlimited memory limit. The patch requires manual intervention due to modifications caused by [2] and [3]
