Well spotted! You're right. In the extreme case, if the grease and
client hello lengths are the same -not realistic, though-, test would
fail even if both arrays are equal.

It's my understanding that we should go with the backport as in
Webrev.01, fix in jdk/jdk and then backport the new bug. Are we on the
same page?
