[8u] RFR 8253147: The javax/swing/JPopupMenu/7154841/bug7154841.java fail on big screens

I would like to backport this patch to openjdk8u for parity with Oracle 
8u331.

The original patch does not apply cleanly.

- AlphaColorTest.java is not in 8u, stripped out corresponding changes.
- bug7154841.java has conflicts on copyright year.
