Hi all,

We are now ramping down for the release of OpenJDK 8u322 in January
2022.

jdk8u/jdk8u and jdk8u/jdk8u-dev will be closed until the monorepo
transition is complete [0] and then hgupdater is switched over to use
openjdk8u332 for 8u-dev. Please await further e-mail before pushing
changes.

Once the monorepo transition is complete, it will be necessary to
perform a fresh checkout of the new 8u-dev repository and rebase
any existing patches on this repository.

Downstream users will be able to take advantage of live git
repositories once the transition is complete. The Mercurial
mono repositories only need to be used by those needing
write access for 8u322 & 8u332 development.
