[8u] RFR: 8261397: Try Catch Method Failing to Work When Dividing An Integer By 0

Can I get this reviewed please ?
The fix is rather simple and there are no critical differences between 8 and 11 patches.
The Oracle have already included this into their October jdk8 update.
