[8u] RFR: 8220150: [macos] macos10.14 Mojave returns anti-aliased glyphs instead of aliased B&W glyphs

Patch does not apply cleanly: change to FontUtilities.java (contains
multiple updates that are not in 8u) is adjusted, change to
ProblemList.txt is excluded (was added in JDK-8238721), paths
reshuffled.

Testing: checked that RenderToCustomBufferTest fails without the patch
and passes with the patch.
