Pending Patches

Hi all,

There are a number of patches in various states of review
and approval that have been caught in the move from first
the 8u forest to a mono repository, and then to Git.

For those that were tagged in the bug system with either
jdk8u-fix-request or jdk8u-needs-review, but didn't yet
have a Git PR, I have replaced the tag with jdk8u-needs-pr.

The following filter lists them:

or you can just click the 'jdk8u-needs-pr' label.

This should round up a number of fixes that have
got lost in the mailing list and we can hopefully
get them reviewed and integrated into 8u.
