The patch for 11u applies cleanly to 8u with path shuffling except the following two places
  - XMLDSigRI.java,  context changed due to JDK-8130181 isn't present in 8u
  - santuario.md, updated version in THIRD_PARTY_README files

Verified with jdk_security tests.
