Looks fine.

The main change causing the copyright difference seems to be
JDK-8164738: "Convert AltHashing_test to GTest", which doesn't
make sense for 8u.

I would, however, hold off on approval for 8u until this is
in 11u & 17u. It still seems to be in process there at the
present time.
