Hi all,

You should now be able to submit pull requests on GitHub for
inclusion in 8u-dev and the forthcoming July update, 8u342.

The 8u-dev GitHub repository is:

https://github.com/openjdk/jdk8u-dev

I have updated the process description on the wiki:

https://wiki.openjdk.java.net/display/jdk8u/Main

which now mostly refers you to the SKARA documentation common to all
JDK versions. Please let me know if anything is hard to follow or any
errant Mercurial references remain, apart from the monojdk8u
repository which will remain until the 8u332 release in April.

Testing via GitHub actions is still a work-in-progress. I had hoped to
have this ready for 8u-dev being re-opened, but there are still some
issues on Windows; see https://github.com/openjdk/jdk8u-dev/pull/3 In
the meantime, please be extra careful before pushing patches and make
sure the patch has built successfully on those platforms you have
access to. If anyone can help with the Windows problems, please
join the discussion on the pull request.

Any critical fixes for the April 8u332 release follow the same process
as the last release; jdk8u-critical-yes is required before a push to
the Mercurial monojdk8u repository.

Thanks,
