[FREEZE] 8u332 NOW FROZEN

The release tree:

https://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8u/monojdk8u

is now frozen in preparation for release on or after 2022-04-19.

The final pre-release tag will be jdk8u332-b06, which I will push once
tested.

The final release tag will be no lower than jdk8u332-b07.

This should be the last release to use Mercurial, as we plan to switch
jdk8u to git after 8u332 is released [0].  That said, I doubt that
will make much difference to many as only critical and regression
fixes should be submitted to jdk8u during the rampdown period.
