Problems with GitHub/Skara/JBS/8u-dev integrations?

Wow, it seems like this mail has helped.
Once I sent it out, my PR was integrated immediately :)
Looks like the system was just overloaded.

So the only remaining questions is if there's a way to monitor whats
going on behind the scenes (i.e. what the Skara bots are doing) if
this happens again in the future?
