OpenJDK 8u352-b02 EA Released

I've made available an early access source bundle for 8u352, based on
the tag jdk8u352-b02:

The tarball was built on RHEL 6 (x86, x86_64) and RHEL 7 (aarch64,
ppc, ppc64, ppc64le, s390x, x86, x86_64)

Changes in 8u352-b02:
  - JDK-8287132: Retire Runtime.runFinalizersOnExit so that it always throws UOE
  - JDK-8288865: [aarch64] LDR instructions must use legitimized addresses
  - JDK-8290000: Bump macOS GitHub actions to macOS 11
