[jdk8u-dev] RFR: 8287109: Distrust.java failed with CertificateExpiredException

I request the backport for parity with Oracle JDK 8. The update of ProblemList is not needed, the rest is clean (with path adjustment). This backport is only a test change, so the risk is low. The backport fixes the test failure.
