[jdk8u-dev] RFR: 8243543: jtreg test security/infra/java/security/cert/CertPathValidator/certification/BuypassCA.java fails

Clean, test-only fix modulo path changes and ProblemList.txt changes.

Should be a trivial review.

The test fails prior this fix and passes after.
