Any push to your branch (including rebasing your branch on `jdk8u-dev/master`) will rerun the github actions, and cause the pre-submit tests to run now that they are enabled.

A new bug report is not usually required to backport fixes from jdk tip to older versions - once @mrserb has completed testing, we will add a `jdk8u-fix-request` label on the existing bug [JDK-8214046](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8214046), and if it is approved a maintainer will add the label `jdk8u-fix-yes`. At that point this PR can be integrated.
