CFV: New OpenJDK 8u Reviewer: Thomas Stuefe

I hereby nominate Thomas Stuefe [0] for the role of OpenJDK 8u Reviewer.

Thomas already has reviewership in OpenJDK 9 and later and a wealth of
OpenJDK experience [1] [2] [3] [4]. Thus, his lack of reviewer status
on OpenJDK 8 Updates seems more a simple case of when he started
contributing to OpenJDK - as the same status is conferred on to new
JDK releases, but not retrospectively to older ones - than a lack of
sufficient technical qualification.

Votes are due by 15h00 UTC on the 11th of December, 2023.

Only current OpenJDK 8u Reviewers [5] are eligible to vote on this
nomination. Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing
list.
