Thanks both for catching and fixing this, and sorry for
not seeing this exchange until now.

I've reviewed the PR, but I think we should try and fix this for July
and should move the PR to https://github.com/openjdk/jdk8u for a
critical rampdown fix.  Usually I would reserve this for regressions
in the previous release and time-critical changes, but this fix should
have zero effect on other platforms while enabling LoongArch64 builds
of the July release.

Did the original version build on some platforms? I'm wondering why
we didn't catch this from the original fix.
