GHA report new test failure after merge master.

1. gc/concurrentMarkSweep/CheckAllocateAndSystemGC.java fails on linux-x86(hotsport tier1), this failure has been recorded by [JDK-8336400](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8336400). It's unrelated to this backport PR.
